Return & Exchange Policy

If the delivered product received, was not as described on website or in damaged condition, then it must be intimated with us on WhatsApp at 0300-8111096.

 

This is applicable when:

  • Reported within 24 hours from the time of shipment receiving.
  • A proof is provided in the form of unpacking videos / images of the reported product.

Please note that if the ordered product is not available, then other options will be provided to select from.

The product must be returned in the same condition and original packing.
